Delivery is made only nationally (Germany)
Delivery to German Islands is excluded.
Delivery costs (incl. statutory VAT)
We do not calculate shipping costs.
Delivery time
As far as no other delivery time is mentioned in the offer, delivery will be made nationally within 3-5 days by parcel service and 10-14 days by carrier after the closure of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment order).
Please consider that delivery will not be made on sun- and holidays.
Have you ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send them in a collective shipment if nothing else has been agreed with you. The delivery time complies with the longest delivery time of the articles you have ordered.

What is going to change for our customers when the new PSD2, or “Second Payment Services Directive” is implemented on Sept., 14 2019?
Which exceptions apply?
1. Payment by invoice or payment by debit: in case of payment by debit or by invoice two-factor authentication can be forgone.
2. Payment of small amounts: in case of small amount there is no two-factor authentication necessary. The limit for online payment is 30 euros and for contactless payment 50 euros.
Attention: For every fifth payment transaction, even small amounts, with the same credit or EC card customer have to identify themselves with a second safety feature, for example with their PIN. This is to prevent stolen cards to be used for purchases of small amounts again and again. Even if you, as a customer, have spent more than 150 euros with the same card through contactless payment, you must identify yourself with a second security feature. For online purchases there is a limit of 100 euro in total.

Is it possible to bypass the two-factor authentication?
Yes. You as customer can put us on your “whitelist” with your bank. Then only a simple authentication is necessary that your bank will release your remittance. A prerequisite for this, however, is that this procedure has become established. Banks are not bound to offer such a “whitelist”.
